Penny at homegeeks was excellent.
As a first time home buyer the process seemed very daunting to me. After my first call with Penny I felt like I had a firm grasp on what the process was going to be and what I needed to do to get there. She provided relevant literature, an honest opinion and advise on the houses and areas I was looking at, and was instrumental during negotiations. After a few weeks we are already closing on my first ever home. I couldn’t have done it without her!
